He has extensive experience working with housing developers of all scales including Taylor Wimpey, Persimmon Homes, Barratt Redrow, Vistry, Gleeson Homes, Bloor Homes, Wain Homes, Crest Nicholson, Grosvenor, Cambridge University and Homes England, advising on development appraisals, infrastructure delivery, and the procurement of Section 106 obligations. Stuart has influenced the acquisition and delivery of more than 45 schemes across the UK, from small strategic sites to major urban extensions including roles at Expert Determination.
His procurement and contract administration expertise has been shaped by years of onsite delivery, including significant roles on Kingsway, Quedgeley; Lyde Green, Bristol and Barton Park, Oxford.
